Lior Susan
Co-Founder, Chairman
Lior is a seasoned manufacturing and investment leader with a passion for bringing a full-stack approach to legacy industries and building digital bridges to the physical world. In addition to co-founding Bright Machines in 2018, he founded Eclipse Ventures where he is a Managing Partner. Previously, Lior was founder and General Partner at LabIX, the hardware investment platform of Flex where he led investments in companies across energy storage, wireless/infrastructure, 3-D optics, additive manufacturing, and robotics. He also co-founded Farm 2050, was part of the founding team of Elementum and helped build Intucell. He sits on Bright Machines’ Board of Directors and the boards of Owlet Baby Care, Metrolink, Lucira and Augury. Lior is a (Res) of an elite Special Forces unit in the Israel Defense Force.
Chris Stori
Chief Executive Officer
Chris is an enterprise technology executive with a strong track record of growth and innovation. Previously, Chris served as a Senior Vice President and General Manager for Enterprise Networking at Cisco, where he expanded Cisco’s Meraki business and spearheaded new strategies across enterprise networking and IoT. Prior to Meraki, he worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, helping U.S. companies enter developing markets and advance in clean technologies. Chris also has previous experience as a civil and environmental engineer, managing large infrastructure projects. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He also received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Sviat Dulianinov
Chief Strategy Officer
Sviat is a seasoned strategy executive with 10 years of strategic management, management consulting, and startup experience across the United States and Europe. Prior to joining Bright Machines, he served as Chief Strategy Officer at Dutch retailer SPAR. Previously, Sviat had a distinct consulting career at Bain & Company and co-founded an airport mobility company. Sviat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Foreign Languages from MGIMO University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Sean Murray
SVP Sales
Sean Murray is a business leader with 25+ years of experience supporting manufacturing, accelerating sustainable & profitable growth, ensuring customer success, and driving business transformation. Before joining Bright Machines, Sean led the Factory Automation business unit for Panasonic North America and held leadership positions at Philips Electronics, Assembleon and IBM. Sean holds an MBA from Kania School of Management and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Psychology from the University of Scranton.
Bryan Whittington
SVP R&D
Bryan is an experienced R&D leader with a passion for advancing robotics and deploying automation products at scale. Prior to joining Bright Machines, he served as VP of Engineering at Kindred (acquired by Ocado), where he expanded his team to over 100 engineers and researchers in the Advanced Technology department. His responsibilities included deploying advanced robotic systems globally and driving innovation in robotic handling. Bryan holds a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Illinois Chicago.
Bartosz Mazurek
SVP Delivery
Bartosz is a distinguished manufacturing executive with a proven track record in transforming operations. He has increased productivity, reduced costs, and improved company culture across teams globally. Before joining Bright Machines, he held various leadership roles at Flex, where he implemented Lean methodology and managed over 3,000 employees. Bartosz also previously served as a Manufacturing Productivity Leader at GE in the Consumer & Industrial division. He holds a Master's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Wrocław University of Technology and has completed the General Manager Leadership Program at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Hari Ramachandran
VP Product
Hari is an experienced product management leader with over 20 years of expertise in embedded electronics, controls software, and manufacturing & supply chain cloud services. Prior to joining Bright Machines, Hari led a product team at Amazon Web Services and served in various engineering roles at Caterpillar, where he managed a portfolio of electronics products as part of new product introduction initiatives. Hari holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri and an MBA with a specialization in Product Management from Georgia Tech.
Keren Kagan
VP HR
Keren is an HR leader with over 15 years of experience working at both startups and global enterprise companies across human resource functions. Prior to joining Bright Machines, she was the Global HR Leader at WalkMe, where she was instrumental in helping it scale up from a small startup. Earlier in her career, Keren supported strategic HR programs at PMC-Sierra. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Bar Ilan University.
Beau Corey
VP Finance
Beau is an experienced finance and accounting executive with 12 years of experience in banking, management, and startups. Before joining Bright Machines, he served as the VP of Finance at Splash Financial, a consumer lending fintech. Prior to that, he was the Director of FP&A at Figure Technologies, a blockchain-based fintech. Beau holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, as well as a Master’s degree in Accounting, both from North Carolina State University. He has been a CFA charterholder since 2016.
Brian Fitzpatrick
General Counsel
Brian is a seasoned corporate attorney, overseeing all legal matters and serving as Bright Machines’ Secretary. Before joining Bright Machines, he co-founded and served as Head of Legal for a legal tech startup. He also practiced law at Allen & Overy and Winston & Strawn in New York, guiding clients through high-stakes corporate and litigation matters. Brian earned his J.D. from Fordham Law School and a Bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University.
